Indooroopilly sessions: Tuesday 6:15pm-7pm or Thursday 10:15am – 11am
East Brisbane sessions: Monday 6:45pm – 7:30pm or Thursday 10am – 10:45am

Who are we looking for?

You do not need to be “in good shape” to start! This is small group training designed for beginners, with lots of coaching and supervision. A great investment in YOU, for only $350.
