We are looking for 10 women age 40+ who want to feel stronger, fitter, happier and more confident in our 6 week Strength for Women program. Ideal for women in peri-menopause and menopause.

Who are we looking for?

Women 40+ who are ready to prioritise their health. Don’t waste another day waiting – You do not need to be “in good shape” to start! You’ll be well looked after with close supervision and experienced coaches.
