Indooroopilly sessions: Monday 10:15am – 11am, Tuesday 5:30pm-6:15pm, Thursday 10:15am – 11am or 5:30pm – 6:15pm
East Brisbane sessions: Monday 6:45pm – 7:30pm, Wednesday 12pm – 12:45pm or Thursday 10am – 10:45am

You do not need to be “in good shape” to start! This is small group training designed for beginners, with lots of coaching and supervision.
